Sometimes you want a little bit of everything.
Made with living sourdough culture and Vermont maple syrup, these bagels are slowly fermented, individually shaped and boiled in a warm honey-water bath before being generously seasoned and baked until golden, savory and wonderfully chewy.
I prepare them with Reiki and an energetic intention centered around balance — not the kind that asks every part of life to be perfectly equal, but the kind that allows all of our different pieces to exist together.
The quiet and the bold.
