From the Hearth

Welcome… if you have arrived here, then you know I hold a Vermont cottage food license and also offer small-batch sourdough baked goods.

My provisions are made slowly, by hand, and in rhythm with the seasons. These offerings are shaped by fermentation, patience, and care — the same principles that guide my healing and creative work.

This is nourishment as practice.
Not production. Not demand.
Simply food made with attention.

Wild Provisions from my home to yours

Hearth Loaves

These are not simply loaves I make. They are part of my practice.

Each Hearth Loaf begins with living sourdough culture and is given the time it needs to slowly ferment and develop. Throughout the process, I work intentionally — bringing Reiki, presence and healing energy into the space in which your food is prepared.

My intention is not to produce as much as possible, but to create nourishment from a place that feels grounded, peaceful and whole.

Because of this, Hearth Loaves are made in intentionally limited batches and varieties will rotate with the seasons, my capacity and what feels right to offer.

Made slowly. Made intentionally. Offered with care.

Nourishment for the body.

A little tending for the spirit.

Hearth Bakes

Everyday nourishment, made with intention.

Hearth Bakes are the familiar things — English muffins for slow mornings, a slice from an English muffin loaf waiting to be toasted, a good bagel when something simple is exactly what you need.

Like my Hearth Loaves, each begins with living sourdough culture and is given the time it needs to ferment, rise and become what it is meant to be.

Throughout the process, I bring Reiki, presence and healing intention into the space in which your food is prepared.

Made in small, intentionally limited batches, Hearth Bakes are an offering of everyday tending — a reminder that nourishment doesn’t have to be extraordinary to be meaningful.

Simple food. Slow process.

Intentional nourishment.

Sweet Things

Because nourishment doesn’t always have to be serious.

Sweet Things are made from the same living sourdough culture, slow processes and intentional practice as everything else that comes from my hearth — but these are created with a slightly different energy.

Joy. Pleasure. Play. Permission.

Each batch is prepared with Reiki, presence and the intention that there is room in a well-tended life for things that exist simply because they bring us pleasure.

No lesson required.

Sometimes healing is deep work.

And sometimes it’s eating the damn cookie.

Made slowly.

Offered joyfully.

No justification necessary.
