From sourdough pancake mix and homemade hot cocoa to living sourdough starter and everything in between, these offerings invite you to slow down, create something nourishing, and enjoy the simple pleasure of making it yourself.

Each is prepared with care, Reiki intention, and the belief that nourishment extends beyond the food itself. Sometimes it’s the quiet of a morning kitchen, the warmth of a favorite mug, or the satisfaction of tending something living.
