The loaf that began it all.
Soft, familiar and deeply comforting, this is my everyday sourdough — slowly fermented and made with the intention of grounding, nourishment and coming home to yourself.
Prepared in small batches within my Reiki practice, each loaf is made with presence and healing intention before finding its way from my hearth to your table.
For slow mornings, soup at the end of a long day, thick pieces of toast and the simple medicine of being well fed.
Energetic intention: grounding, comfort & belonging.
My loaves freeze exceptionally well, so there is absolutely no waste!
Ingredients: Flour (Unbleached Hard Red Wheat Flour, Enzyme), Water, Himalayan Salt.
