Two soft sourdough oatmeal cookies with something wonderful tucked between them.
Each creme pie is made by sandwiching a rich, buttery cream cheese filling between two oatmeal cookies, creating something soft, nostalgic, indulgent and very much meant to be eaten with both hands.
There are several steps between beginning the dough and assembling the final creme pie, so these are made only in intentionally limited batches.
Throughout the process, I bring Reiki and an energetic intention centered around receiving — sweetness, softness, pleasure and the simple delight of being given something good.
You don’t have to save these for company.
In fact, I wouldn’t.
